The specific objectives of the project are:

The awareness raising of the importance of specialized training modules study program related aviation security management systems, holistic and at affordable cost
Promoting woman employability in the sector
The participation of stakeholders in the different phases of the project
To develop a Technical Diploma in Aviation SMS, based on EU experience and Jordanian aviation industry needs
Promote digitisation in VET (3D digital prototyping, with 3D scanning and 3D printing)
Promote industry active participation in design of IVET and CVET modules
To create upskilling paths in VET and promote accreditation
To establish knowledge transfer and collaboration between European and Jordanian educational institutes on Aviation SMS
To promote Quality culture in education and VET in particular (both IVET and CVET)
