Quality Plan: The Quality Plan will be presented during KOM and finalised by M4. It will include description of procedures to be followed and material (such as questionnaires for the evaluation of the project activities and results by internal and external stakeholders. Will include risk assessment plan, procedures for resolving conflicts and quality Ghantt cart. The Quality plan will also include the list of members of the Project Quality Control Team and will describe the duties of the external quality auditor
Quality Assurance in VET Webinar: Between M4 and M6 CRETHIDEV will organize an webinar for project partners to present “Quality Assurance: in VET (as well as in Higher Education) according to the recommendations of the European Training Foundation and the ENQA
Periodic Quality Reports: All partners will provide periodic quality reports every 9 months (4 in total for each partner)
External Quality Auditing: On M13 an expert will be subcontracted as external quality auditor, which will review the implementation of the project and the quality of the deliverable. The external quality auditor will produce 3 reports on M18, MM27 and M36. The external auditor will be independent and unbiased.
Quality Field Visit: On month 15 on expert from CRETHIDEV will join the field visit in Jordan to assess implementation quality issues.
Interim Quality Report: Will be produced on M18, before the project Interim report and will summarise the progress of the project from quality point of view.
Final Quality Report Will be produced on M36, before the project Final report and will summarise the implementation of the project, outputs and expected outcomes from quality point of view.
